I agree edurk. Planned is just what it implies. The insider(s) planned on having the share price allot higher than today’s .069. I, myself, planned on the SP being higher than .069!
The present is now and we can only plan for the future based on the next Major PR.

So let's wait till next week and see what the inevitable future has planned for us.
