IMO, any "LARGE" sales of stock by insiders will most likely happen after the stock reaches higher levels.
The insiders of CCTC have sold "SMALL" amounts up until now. You can say whatever you want as to the reason for those sales. They may have sold the stock to pay for things like expenses, or for personal needs, etc. The shares may have even been sold to "strategically" have the effect of scaring investors into selling, and causing the stock to fall to a level where the insiders could accumulate more shares at lower prices.
The point I'd like to make here, is that "if" the insiders are "planning" on selling LARGE amounts, it is in their benefit to sell those shares at much higher prices, than where they sell for now. My guess, is that the insiders will begin selling, only "after" the stock reaches $1.00 plus.
