You kind of made my point. I suspect that is exactly the case. Management thought that was the best they could do. And, that is my point. That may NOT have been what shareholders thought was the best the company could hope for in the next 3 years.

Also, the run-up was PRIOR to the announcement. Gee, nothing like integrity! I don't think there is anything remotely strange about it taking a few days to react. Nothing works exactly like it is "supposed" to in the markets. It could well be that it took a few days before owners "realized" that maybe this wasn't such great news afterall. Rather than being a positive, maybe they see it as a restriction on a much bigger positive.

Once there was a little rush for the door, you suddenly had a lot of people wanting to cash in on their profits. I mean, there isn't going to be a major announcement about another customer of this type for 3 years - right? There should be plenty of time to pick it up cheap.
