I would suggest that before you use this data that you RESEARCH what exactly makes up this data. it has been discussed many times and most people improperly correlate short sale volume totals to sales originating by short sellers. It is not. in fact MOST trades listed as short sale volume are routed trades executed by market makers on behalf of longs.

Don't just look at BEDA, take the entire day and calculate the average short sale volume across the entire market and compare that to BEDA and you will see that BEDA is within that average (plus or minus).

Educate yourself and you will lose less of false and misleading hype.

For the record. Last Fridays data on the 2073 Companies in the BEDA Grouping had totals of:

Short sale volume 2,682,322,779
Total Volume 6,845,205,683
Percentage 39.1854227 Percent

For Thursday, the total market percentage was 44%.

So is the entire market under this same naked short attack? Is there really hundreds of billions of NSS floating in the brokerage accounts? My bet, if buyins.net did their research on all these 2000 companies and added up the numbers, you would get exactly that HUNDREDS of billions of theoretical uncovered shorts. None of which show up on any other data set. More proof it is all bogus.
