Come on now...seriously....The word "Test" doesn't mean much anymore huh? The words "common sense" mean nothing either....

P.S...If you want to invest in a company that is already established...invest in a fortune 500 company...if you can't handle small shipping/order delays then maybe you should reconsider your investment...They Have NEVER done this before!....Even with Hawthorne helping, they are working with new clients and distributors/manufactures....give them a 2 week Test period like they said and stop bitching...

I believe Eric said the first orders would not go out until Thursday or Friday, and then they would begin going out on a daily basis after that.

They did not have all of the kits put together before the orders came in because there was a problem getting the initial pieces shipped on time.

I'll try and find the memo he sent. Nothing to worry about IMO. All small problems that any company encounters when doing something for the first time.

info in sticky note on DRTV shipping

Subject: WNBD: DRTV Shipping

Hello Moderator Team,

I have been asked a question about DRTV shipping protocols. All goods ordered Monday to Wednesday this week are scheduled to go out on Thursday, with shipments every day on a daily basis thereafter. For general interest I have attached below a basic picture of the kit configuration. The shipping box has an extra internal liner that is put into place before closing. We designed the package this way so that the Stain Rescue Kit makes a nice gift idea too. One wouldn’t ordinarily think of a cleaning product as a gift, but a Stain Rescue Kit is a different matter, particularly when it contains the world’s most versatile cleaning solution. Every home can use one!

looks like batched the first several days (made kits) and then started processing..and will process daily thereafter.

looks like Eric missed it by a business day as appeared orders were starting to get mailed today (Friday) per all email confirmations.
