Sorry I don't buy it! You're selling a simple product with no options that require manufacturing or any kind of customization after the order has been placed. Please don't tell me there were no kits packaged and ready to go before roll-out. That would be very upsetting.

You have no choice but to compare yourself to the likes of Amazon because they are the standard and that it what the consumer will compare to.

As a consumer, that let's say just spilled wine on my carpet and has no clue what to due...I see this add that gets me all excited about maybe being able to save my carpet. Every day that goes by that I don't receive the order, my level of excitement drops and then I start to wonder why it takes so long to stick this stuff in a box and ship it out. A positive can turn into a negative very quickly.

Don't get my wrong, I'm long WNBD and positive about the long-term prospects, but it is the little things that will kill you. Taking orders and shipping quickly should be a no brainer.
