If the PACER filings are correct, this hearing has been going for at least 24 days, as of today.

Could be over by the end of next week.

The arb panel, as I understand it, consists of independent individuals; they can schedule whatever days they wish, right?

Remember this is not a court--Fed, State, Local----rather it is the ICC

Only for the USA, ICC is a world body. MLK Day doesn't mean a thing to them.
