Yes, it appears that, as AWK pointed out to me yesterday, they have through ORC exactly what the government wants, certificates that can be attested and trusted for identity purposes.
Seems to be a good fit as long as they have current inroads. I saw that their certificates are already approved by government so they must have some ears inside the fed that they can bring this newest partnered product to.
Like all other times in the voyage of wave, we will have to wait and see.
