sorry it was *missed* .. ;-)

but regardless .. if one doesn't believe in what mgmt has stated
then disregard that info .. again the OS is available by the TA
if folks don't want to believe that there are over 300M exph
shares *restricted* that is their choice ..

this is one of the reasons why i always use the AS in my calcs
and could care less about the tit for tat that goes back and forth

to me it's irrelevant since until
forms/fins are filed it's just *easier*
to use the AS .. others can use whatever
they are so inclined towards :)
