for those who keep asking me my opinion of what i'm expecting
and when .. this is my response ~

the first is easily answered because it is my opinion
the second isn't because it's mgmt's call .. not mine

i know many who believe the timing of what i'm expecting
is any day now .. i'll be comfortable with all actions being *completed* b4 eoy

first thing i suspect i'll see is the OS raised by 100M to
150M shares .. imo this will be part of the ceo's comp pkg
how that pkg is delineated is also of interest to me

just an fyi for those who track OS movements daily .. the OS
is the same as it's been for roughly the past week ~ 1.529.648.577

2nd thing i expect .. most likely within 24 hours of the OS increase
is the name and background of the ceo .. (for me this is the info
that determines what i do next re: MY EXPH SHARES) i expect in this
same PR .. that JD's resignation is also highlighted ~

3rd item i expect .. within 48 hours of the ceo's name and background
pr'd (remember mgmt made it very clear only items considered MATERIAL
EVENTS would be PR'D) will be the financials .. q3 .. q4 .. and
possibly q1 ..

it won't surprise me on their quest for FULL TRANSPARENCY if q4 is
audited .. i actually will be surprised if they aren't .. imo this *current* mgmt
as well as their *future* mgmt wants off the toxic cesspool merry
go round of the OTC and one way to ensure that (if $$$ is there is via audited fins)
again please realize the time frame i am referencing is 2011 into 2012 for uplist
to amex or possibly naz if ETC is indeed *accepted* by known retailers

again this is MY OPINION

4th item on my list is form 3s filed for co. insiders less KM
that would be jd .. glenn and imo the new ceo .. since the TA
info is easily ascertained .. i've never quite understood the
fascination for this info .. MGMT is publicly on the record
stating that no co. insiders have sold one share since the co.
came public .. based on info available .. that comes out to
approx 104M shares for jd and glenn each .. and 125M shares
for KM ..

based on my DD .. i strongly suspect those counts are higher

but regardless .. if one doesn't believe in what mgmt has stated
then disregard that info .. again the OS is available by the TA
if folks don't want to believe that there are over 300M exph
shares *restricted* that is their choice ..

this is one of the reasons why i always use the AS in my calcs
and could care less about the tit for tat that goes back and forth

it's also *one* of the reasons i focus on volume and percentages
*traded* of EXPH

5th item i'm expecting .. a reiteration of guidance short term

we saw a piece of that with the pr out last week or so ~
which covered approx 90 days .. that to me is exactly what LT
SOR in EXPH are looking for .. but i can also understand why mgmt
is not issuing guidance beyond a 3 month window in this very *dicey*
economy ..

again i won't *conveniently* ignore the very real *realities* of
the macro environment and their impact on both expo and exph

lastly .. the topic of exph's pps being manipulated
there is plenty of info available for folks to do some basic DD

one could start with discussing *hypothetical* situations with
various transfer agents .. not just EXPH's .. the more calls made
and the more questions asked .. the *wiser* imo one becomes but
don't stop with just acct reps at various TA firms ~

there are great search engines that can point folks in the right
direction .. if so inclined

i'm not so heartless .. to wish anyone ill will .. but i have to
say if anyone *SELLS* exph shares based on posts on a SMB .. then
they truly deserve the end result .. and just an fyi the converse
is equally true .. no one should BUY one share of EXPH based on a
SMB POST .. that isn't DD .. and never will be ..

few FACTS .. mostly opinion and speculation .. which imo is exactly
what a SMB should be .. the only ones who know 100 percent what
is reality is MGMT and they aren't posting *here*
