Well a r/s is healthy if done correctly.

If the company couples it with big contract news and doesn't dilute, it can solve two major issues.

1)the subpenny pps
2)It burns all the major short postions

that is simply bs. if he said that to you, he should be FIRED. the gov't does not give a flip about the pps of a company's stock. that is simply BULLCRAP. that man is telling you anything to shut you up. he knows that a r/s has nothing to do with a gov't requirement. he is just trying to minimize the pain. he knew about the r/s too. i can't stand liars like that.
