Talked to Frank just now. He's not in the loop about the June 3rd filing. Said he's meeting with the company tomorrow. When I pressed about the 40:1 he didn't know... I said it was blowing up on the boards. He said government contract news Monday.

He also said the split rumor might be based on the gov't wanting the pps to be higher?
Perhaps its an uplist as well?
