that is apparant, having been in the oil business for 40+ years, worked in Africa, and done deals, worked with the Chinese and being from loUiSiAna, makes it clearer BUT as they say, the silence is deafening, One would have thought at least by now we would be over $1.00 and half would be long gone :o(
