It was said a few times (CLAWMAN) the NEUSTAR was to remain neutral. Why would that change now?

codes: I would suggest taking some time to understand Neustar's history and current business plan. Neustar is not waiting on the sidelines for another opportunity - they have more opportunities identified than they have market development funds.
