BG, I always respected your thoughts. But damaging his reputation? As in leaving a company within the first 90 days after the PPS dropped 50%? Trust me man, Brian Goodall isn't going anywhere soon.

I know the share structure thing is stinging man, but Goodall has been here for 2 months. He's not going anywhere anytime soon.

Fisher is also not the one calling the shots. Fisher teed up the deal with RWE, and the Lonestar College deal. Goodall came in, lent some credibility, and now we're dealing with UC Berkley, and a different energy partner.

He's out making this all happen, and the less pressure he's under to produce PRs, the more time he has to focus on building the business. He even mentioned that very topic it in the In Touch newsletter he sent.

Maybe Dr. Goodall will guide the ship into harbor and all they need is a little more time, which is what this dilution will buy. There's a possibility that the worst is now behind us. I am never sure what is what, and I am not willing to jump ship based on what happened yesterday. Maybe they have cracked the code. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices in order to cross the finish line. Look, there is still a huge market for Omega oils, and there are obviously lots of reasons for alternative fuel sources and algae is top of the list. I do believe BEHL has made significant progress and is ahead of much of the competition, and all this effort has been something good. And the future is still bright for algae. The country is backed into a corner. Now is the time to see America's true colors. This level of challenge can really bring out the best in people. Or it can make people into quitters. I guess I am not ready to fold my tent, but I respect that others have a different view. Needless to say, remain diversified. GLTA

I feel yr fantasy is too far reached. If BG weren't able to take BEHL to the finish line with all of the available material and comp staff plus his professional experience and skills, I dont think DF would have hired him. And if BG hadnt considered the task at hand as a challenge and feasible from the beginning to take BEHL home, he wouldnt have taken on the job. He has successfully worked for some of the largest corporations in the world. Exactly for that reason ! AIMO

I am very disappointed in the unannounced dilution and feel dissed as a shareholder. Right when the pps was achieving fundamental support at .01, the company released the new o/s a/s and sent it sliding down 45%.. and now another 50% dilution - should I expect anything less than another 75% loss from here?

Any trader worth his salt would be dumping shares and waiting to pick up at far lower prices.. and the usual fear of missing a pop is the least of our worries. BEHL shareholders are in for a depressing summer of dilution and meager press releases imo. I'd like to sell half my holdings at a penny, and forget about the rest. Any takers? Lol
