I agree personally. And an increase of A/S isnt truly dilution. It doesnt mean they will be put on the market but the threat sucks, especially with the recient O/S increse.

I can see the need for an A/S increase but would like to know what the need was to max out the A/S in the first place.

Time to wait for a new bottom but I am not worried.

Good thing is, they sold a couple of units. That is at least some revenues. It isnt much but they can put that first dollar in a frame on the wall and know that at least 1 step is behind them.

Lets see if the june 10th date holds. If it does then everything is just fine.
