Laranger: Agreed, they need some time to respond. I also remember Howard stating they (IDCC) have other options to use. He stated that during a conference call but of course, those options were never defined (and rightfully so). Perhaps this action changes that.
Do you think the letter to shareholders should come from LUCKY TILDEN who was not in the same room as the Nokia executives when they made it clear that they would leave no stone unturned and probably listed what they would do to IDCC if they did not scale back arbitration expectations.
