Question..If Lucent is as I believe a 3G trigger for Nokia..How does Nokia's action today void, or even delay the AUTHORITY of the ICC BINDING Arbitration for an immediate determination of Nokia's 3G rate? TIA

I will note that Nokia does know that Lucent and IDCC are in mediation this month. And, if Lucent is a trigger for Nokia and 3G, then they might be preempting another Ericcson situation.

If NOK is looking for a declaratory judgment for noninfringement (of patents), when did IDCC make this accusation?

Sounds like some food fights have been going on that haven't been made public.

Yes, and NOK already signed a 3G license with IDCC. How can they now claim "patent invalidity and noninfringement and violations of the Lanham Act relating to 3G mobile phone technology".
