that comment #3 by THJMW was made before this last hearing (when it became clear that WMI was not sharing any fruits of their previous "investigation" with the EC).....thus making her previous "investigated to death" comment meaningless. At this point the EC is completely "blind" to the numbers/valuation/analysis of the WMI estate as currently being characterized by WMI....and the judge knows it. Not sure where Hosen can go from here.

OK ... How long does the judicial system allow objections to keep being thrown back and forth? We file a motion, they object. They file a motion, we object. Pretty soon we'll see:

No wonder the lawyers make a crap load of cash on cases like these and very little get resolved. Sure puts a strain on the case loads in our courts as cases get backed up behind cases that seem to never get resolved.

I'm through ranting. Still have all my shares and I'm going to crack open a cold one now.
