Nokia in between a rock & a hard IDCC case.IMO if IDCC has anything ,its 3G patents.

IDoCare; you're right. However, the main issue going forward is how many more will sign when Nokia is challenging the fundamentals. IMO, today's more than a 'watershed' for 3G.
