It looks to me like Evolution Fuels acquired Vertex Processing from Vertex Energy in 2006, when they were Earth Biofuels, which would mean there is no correlation between Vertex Processing and Vertex Energy.

Could you please show me where it states Evolution owns 49% (minority stake) in Vertex Energy or owning 99% of Cedar Marine facility?
