We can fight the devil we can see on the surface. It's the devil we can not see lurking in giant clouds of death and driven on mysterious unpredictable currents of three dimensions in the water column created by those dispersants that is the truly tragic beast yet to manifest itself on the beaches, plankton, inlets.
