No, but how do you think the equipment manufacturer works? They are not going to refund the money, and BEHL cannot refund it based upon the rendering of delivered goods. Now anything above the equipment purchase which maybe the third payment which includes installation labor and other negotiated services is based upon delivery of those terms. That is the portion none of us know, I do not have the contract in hand either, but I do know the equipment side of the house.
