Not all deposits are refundable, even good faith payments are not all refundable. There is always conditions and terms that have to be met, and certain items are specified for percentages or even full amounts not to be returned due to whatever conditions written in an agreement.

Deposits are no different than any other payment, they are also under terms and conditions.

The company told me that the entire contract was refundable and that is the way DF wants it. "If a investor at anytime wants his/her money back they can have a full refund upon request"

Contact the company, don't take my word...this was a crazy statement but I personally was shocked. I asked "Why" the asnwer from Monique: "That's the way Dennis wants it" With that said, I realized all contracts are not recordable as permanent income just because of that clause, they are classified as provisional revenue. (subject to change)

Maybe they changed it ..someone please ask them ...

That's one reason to get a management change here! The company needs some one with a knowledge of contract law! Not widgets!
