Someone else raised this about the move to AMEX and I wonder if anyone else has any thoughts. Huff said something like the move will allow the use of GTEL common shares to obtain "substantial funding". I now no longer believe that a r/s will happen, so in my view, this means dilution of an already sizeable float. I presumed the AMEX listing would give GTEL more street cred and make it easier to obtain other kinds of financing, not share issueance. Anyone else have concerns about this, or am I just worrying too much as usual?
