The company needs to assure themselves as much as possible that they can in fact follow through before releasing such, This will take a little extra time but would be well worth the time in the long run. Polaris, [In hindsight] I feel that the company badly mishandled the way they released the last results. I learned from it even as dumb as I am. Maybe the company learned that they need to give more thought as to how to handle these. IMO Los
The longer the wait on the results the more chance there will be of a completed dilution. This is shareholder favorable as it would prolong any run VIPR goes on. With the recent upturn in volume, this could be exactly what is happening. JMO.
