I think we're all being naive if we think VIPR doesn't already have the most recent set of results.

How quickly we all forget; just a few months ago VIPR released PR's about the arrival of future results when they essentially already had them. They like to use a bit of a time-delay in their PR releases; get the results, chew on them for a while, and then release. IMO not a bad way to operate; although it can appear a bit shady at times if you don't know that's what they are doing...

My guess is VIPR received these results at or around the time they released the last PR pertaining to them. Feel free to disagree, but I've been around this stock for a while. I'm not saying it's bad! Please don't call me a basher, I actually think it's quite smart.
