alliecorp, Very good. Shows that even if some dilution is necessary, it should not make much if any impact on the pps. Especially when you consider that the short cover will offset any down trend caused by dilution. I have my doub't regarding dilution though. :)

wonder what the contract size is. it's $32 for a 20lb bag right, can't remember what a trailer load capacity would be

Another way of looking at the yet unknown, possibly pending "dilution factor", alliecorp, is {numbers have been rounded for simplicity's sake}:

Would you rather own 100,000 shares of a company that has 200M shares OS and few assets or own 100,000 shares of a company that has 250M shares OS AND new factories, multiple shipments of MOP being delivered every week, construction of biomass energy plants, marketing and distribution of MOP®-FOIL™, licensing and branding of MOP to 3rd party companies paying royalties, etc, etc...?

I know my answer. Btw, it's not really "dilution" if you acquire greater assets over liabilities with increased shareholder's equity percentage over the dilutive financing percentage. JMO.

Not to mention the dollar value of your MOPN investment that will surely increase, from here, regardless of any "dilution".
