affiliates cannot remove legend until current public information is available. the TA was very specific about this point when i questioned him. if they filed even unaudited financials on pink sheets, that would likely be enough,
and i doubt charlie would sell any amount where he would no longer have a controlling interest....
if they filed financials, their status would move up as well on ps and many many more brokers would be allowed to buy,
and the more mainstream investor $$ would likely offset any affiliate unrestricted share selling.

any dilution would more likely be in the form of private placements
in which case shares would be restricted for a minimum 6 months,
and without financials, could be a year.

but again i think they have better options for financing their scaling up to meet demand here... and am pretty impressed with management from what i have seen so far.

uki, i am quite sure we have plenty of time to trade this stock before any financing happens.......especially any dilutive financing.......IF they started the process yesterday, for instance, on a convertible of debt to equity, it would be weeks before it would affect the stock, imo.......coupled with the fact that .......pay attention here........in this particular case the 'stop' sign will temporarily slow up any exchange of shares......it is my understanding that most brokers will not clear a certicate on a stock with a STOP sign, they dont want to assume the liability of a non filer on pinksheets.com.......and also because of the STOP sign........Electronic share transfer...aka .....DWAC........cannot possibly happen, the company is not eligible because of the stop sign........if they do a raise with resticted shares......those would be held for one year(pink sheet) 6 mos(otcbb)

all systems GO for the time being on this one!

as to the restrictive legends.......i cant answer that......i dont know......but it might be tougher for even insiders with that STOP sign in place!

the mistake that most newbie traders make is listening to OTHER newbie traders........plenty of rookies wont be trading this one simply because they have no idea what the hell they are looking at with a stock with a stop sign.
