dshade, dilution is not necessary. Only traders that want in are trying to use dilution as a scare tactic. My advice is: if you are worried about dilution, don't buy any stock. That will make it easy for you.

'dshade'...With a low float it could be quite possible that.. thier may be 'Adjusments' properly applied to the mix but as long as receivables keep coming on time and MOPN has the existing 'mechanics' and financing and rapid access to source materials then their 'end to end supply chain' should not be significantly compromised ...But if I was an insider and it was apparent that I could maximise returns on the pps by an 'offering of sorts' (Not outright dilution but well calculated distribution) then it would be unwise ..IMHO to not at least participate and add CASH to the the war chest that any competitive emerging enterprise should have in pocket for the 'unexpected'....And secondly it should be noted ...This is *Trading* on the pinks and http://www.otcmarkets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=mopn and should provide at least some reservation...but moreso also having a .. **well balanced viewpoint** as to just how fickle this market can be ..What can be 'Sliced Bread Today' is 'Old Hat' tomorrow ....There is no denying that the current position of MOPN products are at the fore front of a current historical ecololgical disaster....but comments of a dollar ..two bucks ..."10 bucks and beyond....!!!!!" are born of hope and dreams but also of Folks whom are inflaming the MOPN message board with propoganda with a hit and run mindset...I wish all MOPN holders well but be advised the 'Terain as to which you Trade'..As for myself I had an order pending a bounce off the 50 moving day (Almost made it)..I am not much of a flipper but..Like to swing between 50's and 200's! MOPN does look to be a well justified risk and I wish 'All the Best' but I do not think it wise to *Euphorically* purchase tickets "To Da' Moon" but more of a reserved anticipated excursion of "an Extended Journey on an Cruise Ship" (Right JCDC)...But for the coming days it appears the wind is at your back...Peace Out ...SC
