was there any argument that involved the DS? I think you might have said there was. if that is the case, was the argument complete? I do not know how DS can be ousted at the moment without the issue at hand; the examiner. Once this is resolved she very well might just throw the DS out the window.

Lebosco my friend I believe she said she WILL rule on the DS BEFORE the 17th.

I just hope that ruling is a denial.
