What your seeing is the lowest ask for after hours trading between MM's or in house bids. Not glitches & twitches of misinformation and exaggeration.

its always done this. After closing ask go's up. Its some sort of safety fault of some sort. Not all stocks do it. But this one does.
It means NOTHING for the price of the stock. Or what it could be the next day
