I'm not sure what you're driving at here DFW. Not trying to be argumentative, I really just don't see it. Would you explain?

IMHO and to be fair, I think the missing piece to that puzzle is how much of the royalties from the game sales are going to Yamani. Is it 10% or 100% or somwhere in between?

If it's 100% then the deal is not as good as it seems since SDVI'S profit would be maxed out at the 5 mill minus the development cost. No to mention that they will have a part of their team tied up on the project for a year or so when they could be developing future games for SDVI.

Guess we will see how it all plays out!!

It doesn't say that Yamani alone will receive royalties. More than likely both Yamani and SDVI will receive royalties for the game. That's usually how royalties work, everyone gets some sort of piece of the pie.
