IMHO and to be fair, I think the missing piece to that puzzle is how much of the royalties from the game sales are going to Yamani. Is it 10% or 100% or somwhere in between?
If it's 100% then the deal is not as good as it seems since SDVI'S profit would be maxed out at the 5 mill minus the development cost. No to mention that they will have a part of their team tied up on the project for a year or so when they could be developing future games for SDVI.
Guess we will see how it all plays out!!
