'jcoburn' I have talked to Dr. Bailey many times, sometimes with his wife present. He was what we needed but Joe Lanza would never let go of BDGR. Once when I was talking to him on his way home with his wife she asked him; "What are we doing here?" I could feel her distaste for what Dr. Bailey was being asked to do. He had way too much honor to betray the shareholders and quietly left the mess behind. I know he does not want anything to remind him of that short time in his life. BTW I still talk to him and he is a terrific person and loves his wife, children, and especially his grandchildren.
