td31, I wasn't attacking. Sorry you took it that way. The point I was making, although apparently not very well, was that, imo, the analysis was good.
You're totally correct that it will be seen as only one more objection.
If anything is read beyond that by anyone other than ourselves I'll be surprised.
Perhaps what you saw as an "attack" was my comment about "person" and "lawyer". It struck me as funny. To me it suggested they are two different species.
So, again, I'm sorry you took my attempt at humor differently that I intended.
