I'm into this BIG time, but I'm tired of the useless speculation because let's be honest, there's NO REASON the judge did not rule on the 4 billion plus, months ago which means she is not being honest and worst still for us does not believe this should be favorable to us...

The Judge knows what she is doing, she knows the law. Think about it...if she had ruled way back when we were all whining about her not ruling, there would have been NO EC, and NO SUSMAN...and more than likely, nothing for equity...
