I've heard smokers saying they're going to vote against it though since it allows localities to decide. When I add in the pseudo-Libertarian backlash supposedly coming in November, I get a lil bummed, because it'll probably be coupled with an overarching feigned sense of morality that will skip over this golden opportunity to look like they care about the kids.

I guess time will tell.
