it will pass, bet that!!! our country is owned by china now so we need the tax money so why not open up a 30 billion dollar market! cali will go from worst credit rating to the best within 3 years, just watch :) smokers will not vote against it lol, would would they? the prices on it will drop eventually and there will be 100s of strains to choose from then :) very exciting times ahead!
