Just some old stuff!!
Which definitely shows that Rufus wasn't completely ignoring the SEC as some here say, it shows as you know yourself masta that he tried to work with them, many times in order to solve the issues at hand!!
But the thing was, that all the SEC were interested in was finding ways to waste valuable time, by dragging the case through court as they managed to do so, in order to protect whoever they were protecting, which wasn't the share holders that's for sure!!

Its on pacer as an exhibit in the pesky civil case that apparently doesn't matter that they lost.
