Is GOTV and ATNP two separate entities as of right now? How can then be a merger or acquistion otherwise?

Why would they "spin it off" and then merge it ? I am confused here... Is Atnp ever going to get subscribers numbers or revenue ? I just got back in this stock, I am hoping to see something good.
