I don't see a problem with their testimony as it affects Laidlaw. The loop will get modernized with stimulus money especially what we're are seeing that is going on in the Gulf. I know people are saying Biomass doesn't fuel cars but in the future it does with electricity. Laidlaw is applying for a 70 MW plant but that doesn't mean they are running on that capacity 24/7, but they want that capability when other plants shut down for maintenance. IMO
