I believe their testimony to be factual. You make good points. I guess we'll have to see how Laidlaw responds. If they don't respond and contradict the testimony then the plant is dead in the water (which would really make a lot of people in Berlin very happy).
I have read the testimony, and would agree that it raises some important issues. I am most interested in what the response will be, but the way the EFSEC process works the response is likely to come in hearings, not in any back-and-forth on the website that we can follow.
