Krays, very interesting...indeed! I have always suspected that they short the stock before converting to cover, it is the most non risky maneuver for them, specially when they have information as insiders (this is evidenced in their last agreement were Neomedia could not make a press release without their permission).
krays, The main difference seems to me is that Cobalis' management were not as deeply embedded with YA as Neom's management is. [IM and MZ are YA team players ie.] This is one of the reasons someone else had to take action. THANKS CLAW. Also, I don't understand Lucky's view expressed in his post 215353 about YA and Neom's plan all alomg and his constant negative view of claw's lawsuit. Los
The one thing that I didn't know about was the tax implication.
I wonder how much interest the government would have knowing that ya Never had a down month.
Besides ruining almost all companies that they have financed, it would appear that the biggest tie-in is the failure of these companies and then ya being rewarded by having to pay no taxes!
I can't believe that the IRS has never sniffed into this type of financing before.
I was jammed by these clowns a few times early on til saw the pattern. Really gets rolling in flush times because the corrupt CEOs can snow investors with hope of a recovery using these poisoned fruits. Harder sell in tough times. Guess that's what divides an investor from a trader.
Krays, that about says it all. Anybody sending a copy to the SEC?? If this is part of a pattern it might show intent to defraud the company and shareholders of all companies affected. Could this be another more sophisticated BM operation? Good post. Thanks.
