"The fact that these phone numbers connect is huge!!!!"

yeah, im surprised. Not.
you think in such a scam they are going to use a fake address or name or number from the other party, so that everyone would find out in a minute it is fake ?

You never realize there are two parties in a scam ?
You think they would put an address there in Lebanon, and then add some inexistant number from Ghana or so ?

I mean come on

1) how illegal can it be to leak a LOI like this if it was legit, before company has said anything
2) how often have you actually seen a LOI Published in a company like this for everyone to read
3) a document containing just 9-10 sentences ?? and that's it ? Sealing a possible 90M deal ?
4) that company logo ?? really, such logos and all in english exist in Lebanon ? It is possible.
Looks more like the logo of some small outlet somewhere in the US
5) they are addressing the letter to SNRS, and include the phone number and the fax company in there ?? What the hell ? How often have you written a letter to someone and then put the phone and fax number of your addressee in the letter header ??
But at the same time their own address, it has no house number ? or its the only house on that street ?

The fact that a stock promotion site leaks a document before open, without any confirmation PR from the company, it is just mind boggling.
Ìt never makes you wonder what the connection between XS and SNRS is ? How on earth could someone (if it was legit) get a hold of such a document ? I hardly think Mr Lebanon is going to fax it to XS huh ? And if it was passed on by someone within SNRS they should PR it before market open, or they are in serious trouble.

So no matter if this one is a scam or not
the fact of what has leaked now, and how it was done, is just insane.
