He's also advertising that he has an apartment for rent in Lebanon.

Maybe he owns a ton of real estate and he was looking into going solar in all his properties. (Notice "other areas available")

Maybe hes the guy who put in the LOI for the purchase of products worth 20 Mil for his rental properties and thought it would be in his best interest just to buy the entire company.

That makes sense and would explain why this happened so fast.

Maybe thats a private jet hes flying?
