except it was the DTC and not every broker that got them and for example, Ameritrade said they MUST do what the DTC tells them to do and so they are not responsible....according to them
"The victims can require the brokers to restore their accounts to as it was prior to them pulling the trigger."
When I was on the stand at the CTBG vs DTC/GFCI hearing the DTC attorney asked if I would consider myself made whole if my account was returned to what it was on July 30, 2008. I told him I would. I don't expect that to happen though
