QED is to all intents and purposes a shell with no money (so how can they invest), no people (so no resources to contribute), no technology or products (so nothing to contribute to any new partnership). They do have a CEO who has a cell phone so..........sorry, maybe not a great point. QED is a public shell looking for companies desperate to buddy up and go public on the cheap. Thats it, there is no amazing rocket science, there is nothing up Makmann's sleeve except his QED shares which he is selling like crazy at 0001 while he can - hence PPS is not and will not go up until he sells out and then he will shut up shop and bale out to KLDO......and do it all again to some other bunch of investors..........maybe we shouldn't blame the monkey when the organ grinder that is the SEC allows this kind of "company" still to exist and trade.
