Agreed. Makmann lost people's confidence after the 2009 ProRemote deal went south. Probably the reason it hasn't run up pre-signing Nazz, or people are just more skepticle due to current economic isssues. One could, however, argue Makmann may have cut ProRemote loose to invest in a more favorable speculation, Nazz. The proof will be in the puddin'.

So, Pitman, in your opinion, what drives PP on a stock like this (in pre-agreement condition) other than potential created by good PR and the deal-maker's history? Is it anything more than the self-fulfilling prophecy of the investors who want price changes?

In the back of my mind, I'm ever observant for anything that might evidence guys like Makmann are running a shadow group of investors who are behind the PROPOSED deals (and who profit from short-term runs). But, why bother going thru the motions when they can just as easily benefit from other similar stock runs but for controlling timing; and, of course, timing is everything. Still, lots of other stocks making runs, so why bother with an elaborate scheme?
