yeah... we didn't think they'd do a lot of things

but they did... and this is a reality of life.

Many companies opt to go C7 to settle and get out. WMI has lost a lot through this ordeal and right now, it may be an option to rid debt once and for all; pay the bond holders bare minimum and erase the rest of the debt, however that would include all stocks, unfortunately.
